A link that isn’t on the page until someone types the word — anywhere on it. Neither the word nor the link sits in the page’s source.

Visitors leave a question. It goes to you and nowhere else — answering is what puts it on the page, their question and your answer in your handwriting. Never answer it and nobody ever sees it.

A small board on your page. People draw on it with a finger; you keep the ones you like. Strokes only — no uploads, no images, nothing to moderate but a drawing.

The ask box is questions coming in. This is one going out: ask something, give two to four answers, and everyone who visits picks one. The count is scratched on your card in tally marks — nobody's name, just how it's going.

A shelf of candles. A visitor lights one — no name, no words, nothing to moderate — and it burns down and goes out on its own. Which means an empty shelf is honest: nobody has been by in a while.

Tonight's real moon, in the corner of your card. Not a picture of a moon — the actual phase, worked out from the date, drawn as one shape. Nothing fetched, nothing stored, and the crescent is on the correct side, which is the bit most moons on the internet get wrong.

Name up to five other misa.lol pages. A name does nothing on its own — it shows up only if that page names you back. So nobody can put themselves next to you and you can't put yourself next to anybody: it takes two. A webring, basically, one pair at a time.

Every time you save, the page you just replaced goes on a shelf — the last twelve. Break something at 3am and you can put any of them back, and putting one back is itself undoable. Switch it on and visitors can read your page backwards too.

Give your page a night. Any block you mark night only is on it between hours you pick — your hours, not the visitor's — and outside them it isn't in the page at all, so nobody reads it early from the source. While it's on, the page says why there's more here.

Write a small deck — a line each, up to twelve. Every visitor is dealt one of them and keeps it for the day; the person next to them gets a different one. Nothing about who got what is stored: it's worked out fresh, on the page, every time.

Your page can have a back. There's a folded corner at the bottom of the card — turn it over and the whole thing rolls round to a second face: something handwritten, and any block you send there. Hover the little card.

Write something now that your page opens on a day you choose. Until then it’s a wax seal and a countdown — and the words are not in the page: the server holds them until the day, so nobody can read ahead.
