The agreement

About these terms

These Terms of Service cover your use of misa.lol, operated by Twilight Interactive LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The service lets you create a personal profile and use the features made available with your account.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.

Your access

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms, or have any parent or guardian permission required where you live.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person, take over someone else’s account, or use a username to mislead people. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected].

What you create

Your content stays yours

You keep your ownership rights in the text, images, audio, videos, links, and other material you submit. You must have the rights or permission needed to publish that material.

You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate the features you choose. This permission is limited to providing the service and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Only publish information and media you intend others to see. Public pages may be shared, copied, or indexed by search engines. Removing something from misa.lol does not automatically remove copies held by other people or services.

Community safety

Keep the space safe

Do not use misa.lol to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, or publish someone’s private information without permission.
• Threaten, harass, exploit, or impersonate others, or distribute child sexual abuse material.
• Distribute malware, run phishing or fraud schemes, send spam, or mislead people about a destination link.
• Bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access accounts or data without authorization.

Report harmful content or suspected infringement to [email protected] with the relevant page address and a description of the issue.

Billing

Paid plans & cryptocurrency purchases

Review the product, recipient, total price, any taxes and payment method before paying. Evergloom and Bloodmoon are one-time rank purchases. Card purchases of Comet renew monthly until canceled through billing settings. Crypto purchases of Comet add one prepaid calendar month and do not renew automatically. Charms and gifted purchases are delivered to the account identified at checkout after payment is confirmed.

Your purchase covers the plan described at checkout. References to planned or upcoming features are not a promise that those features are already available. Nothing in these terms changes specific commitments made to you at the time of purchase.

Crypto checkout supports the assets and networks displayed on the invoice. Pay the exact quoted amount to that invoice’s address before it expires, using the selected asset and network. Wallet or network fees are your responsibility. Sending funds alone does not confirm an order: the payment must satisfy the invoice and network confirmation requirements. Incorrect, late, partial or excess payments may need manual review and may not be recoverable. Contact [email protected] with your order and transaction references if an order remains unresolved.

Supporting creators

Creator tips & payouts

Tips are voluntary support for a creator’s lawful content already provided. They do not purchase private services, personal attention, future work or access. Money tips may only be enabled by eligible, verified creators. Do not use tipping for personal transfers, moving funds between your own accounts, money laundering, prohibited fundraising, adult or sexual services, or other content or transactions prohibited by applicable law or the payment provider. Describing a payment as a gift does not change these requirements.

Card tips are processed through Stripe and remain subject to Stripe’s restrictions and eligibility review. Misa.lol may restrict tipping or payouts while reviewing eligibility, suspected misuse or payment disputes. A profile or identity verification is not a promise that every payment method is available.

Confirmed tips are recorded in the creator’s balance in US dollars, less applicable fees. Card processing fees apply to card tips; the platform fee, if any, and hold period are shown in the creator’s tipping settings. Crypto tips are recorded at the order’s USD value, not as a balance of coins. The balance shows earnings awaiting payout and cannot be used to send money to other users.

Creators can request at least $10 once enough funds are available after the hold period. Requests are reviewed by staff. Eligible card proceeds may be paid through a connected Stripe payout account. Payouts requiring crypto proceeds are arranged outside Stripe with the creator and recorded by payment reference; they are not automatically converted or sent through Stripe. Payout timing and method depend on verification, available funds and payment-provider requirements. Direct transfers to a creator’s separately displayed wallet address do not enter this balance.

Resolving payments

Payment issues, refunds & taxes

Contact [email protected] about mistaken, unauthorized or undelivered payments. Include your account name and transaction reference; do not email full payment-card details. Refund requests are reviewed against the transaction, applicable law and provider rules. Any refund or cancellation terms disclosed at purchase apply subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law.

Crypto transactions cannot be reversed by canceling an invoice. Any approved crypto refund requires a separate transfer and agreement on the asset, amount, destination and applicable network fees.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks may reduce a creator’s available balance or delay a payout. You are responsible for accurate payment and payout information and any tax reporting or payment obligations that apply to you. Misa.lol does not represent creator tips as tax-free gifts or charitable donations. Payment and identity information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Outside misa.lol

Links & other services

Profiles can contain links, media, and services provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. A link on misa.lol does not mean we endorse its content or operator.

You are responsible for checking that the material you link to is appropriate and that you have permission to embed or share it.

Enforcement

Moderation & account closure

We may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, a security threat, or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the decision.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account closure or ask about a moderation decision, contact [email protected]. Account closure, payment issues, and data deletion may involve separate legal obligations; see the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

The service

Availability & changes

Features may require maintenance or be temporarily unavailable. We may make changes to improve the service or address security and legal requirements. Material changes affecting a paid purchase will be handled consistently with the commitments made at purchase and applicable consumer law.

Keep copies of content that matters to you. The service is not a substitute for your own backup.

Protections

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. If a concern arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from using any legal remedy available to you.

When things change

Updates to these terms

If we update these terms, we will identify the revised version on this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice before they take effect where required by law. A change will not remove rights that have already arisen.
